Virendra Singh Rangar was born in 1978, in the Uttrakhand province of North India. He showed a desire for cooking since the early years.
Graduated from Dadar Catering College with distinction. He then went on to gain invaluable work experience in excellent Mumbai restaurants such as Ramee Guestline Hotel and Hardik Pallace where he was mentored by the best Head Chefs.
He joined our team in 2010 and brings a true passion for blending Indian spices with local fresh products to create innovative, yet traditional Indian dishes.
