Ramchandra Singh – was born in 1982 in the north of India, in the state of Uttrakhand. The flavors of this part of India are closest to him. He uses it with adoration in his kitchen.
He gained professional experience in the best restaurants in Mumbai under the supervision of famous Chefs. He worked at Hotel Jewel of India, Hotel Copper Chimery Group, Hotel A.J International, Mela Restaurant.
He has been associated with the Bombaj Masala restaurant since 2011. His passion is the cuisine and flavors of India. He uses local, natural ingredients combining them with the diversity of Indian spices.
He is a taste wizard with a modern look at the culinary wealth of India!
